If you are stuck in Depths, the stable route is to make WATER IS PUSH before you worry about the win condition. Once the water stops acting like a death gap and starts acting like movable terrain, the rest of the puzzle becomes a positioning problem instead of a survival problem.
Why It's Hard The level gives you almost no solid ground. Words are scattered across sinking water tiles, and you must construct a stable rule while standing on floating text.
