Separate the layers by pushing level-transition words apart. Focus on solving one layer at a time.

Step-by-Step Solution

1. Push LEVEL words so they no longer connect to IS rules.
2. This isolates the layers, letting you control only one Baba at a time.
3. Solve the layer containing the flag by building FLAG IS WIN locally.
4. Touch the flag in that layer.

💡 Tip: If you accidentally make all three Babas move at once, undo and break the LEVEL connection more thoroughly.
